    Good sky, with red underpaint- a mill [landscape]. a group of fishing boats on the shore. Evidently a forgery. [Liggatt] suggested by "Uncle Tompkins"-

    Lots 11 + 19 were from "a gentleman (deceased)"- bought from abroad- [illegible 1 word] Spencer- bought. Lot 135. was "Property of L.S. [Duke] Esq." He sent in 21 lots, which fetched £41. 80.
