1854 - 1952
The Grandson of Rev. James Bulwer and son of Walter Bulwer, he Emigrated to British Columbia in 1888. He was in correspondence with the Misses Bulwer and Kitson (1928). He was the owner of several Cotman paintings, sketches and notes, which he had inherited from his father.
