Arthur Greenhow Lupton was the son of Francis Lupton and Frances Elizabeth Greenhow.1 He married Harriet Gertrude Ashton, daughter of Thomas Ashton and Elizabeth Gair. He died in 1930.
Arthur Greenhow Lupton held the office of Pro-Chancellor of Leeds University between 1904 and 1920. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding, Yorkshire. He was head of William Lupton, cloth manufacturers. He lived at Beechwood, Elmete Lane, Roundhay, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England.
