First reference in Leeds Directory is in 1882.
George Lister appears as the Owner from 1882 until 1902 at which point the business is taken over by (his son?) Henry Lister.
Photographic evidence puts it on Bridge Street
The Hotel is in operation from at least the 1840s up until 1957.
By 1980 the premises have been turned into the Bar-Celona Public House
As such the advert would have been produced sometime between 1882 and 1902, possibly post 1895 when Kirkstall Abbey was officially made open to the public.
