you have I am happy to say had most delightful weather in your favour, which I trust you have made the most of it. Papa and Walter are gone this morning to Robert Dixon’s not I believe to stay there the evening but upon business of Papa’s. Walter I believe mentioned in his letter to you that the Nortons had called and had invited Papa and you to dine, Papa however refused and they came down to see him on the morning you were invited to dine there.

Should you write again (for I hope we shall have one letter from you to-night) let Mamma know what number of shirts you (Edmund I ought to have said) have with you. Give my love to all relations and friends and believe me dear brothers

    Your affectionate Sister

    Anne Cotman
