    I possess a copy of Cotman’s etchings of the Architectural Antiquities of Norfolk, 1818.
    On the fly-leaf is inscribed –
    “Presented to Mrs J. Beckwith by her devoted servant and friend, the author, as a token of gratitude, and high Respect, for very many acts of substantial and delicate + kindness”.
    Jan[uar]y 31st 1834

    • The ‘delicate Flower, so often presented, was always appreciated, for it came often where nothing else appeared to bloom beside it.’ Adieu.”
