    Aug: 8th 1834.
    St. Martins at Palace
    Norwich.

    Dear Sir
    I forward to you the drawing you were so obliging to order of me – Fishing Boats off Yarmouth. The one from which this is taken sold for eighteen guineas. The drawing being mislaid upon my leaving Norwich and much anxiety & suffering since, I offer as an apology for this sad delay, which I deeply regret and am truly sorry for,
