    Cotman has been in Norwich for a fortnight. He, his wife and John Joseph are all unwell.

    July 15th 1834.
    Norwich.

    Dear Sir,
    I reproach myself for not writing to you ere this, as I have now been in Norwich a fortnight. But I arrived ill, as still so – as is Mrs Cotman & John. I have nothing to communicate that can pleasure a Friend to hear of me. Therefore I shall be silent
