Sir I take leave to enclose three additional testimonials from the following Gentleman, Mr Turner, Mr Callcott and Mr Wilkins; and I shall feel greatly obliged by your laying them, with the former ones before the C’tee, and by your taking charge of them after they have been inspected as I consider such testimonials to be the most valuable part of my property.
