    but heartless must that man be who feels not the tender caresses of an only & affectionate daughter.
    Sir, had my life been spent in idleness, had I not had that reliance on God ver before me, which every thinking man ever must have, I might now have reason to reproach myself. That I may have used in my endeavours to live respectably is possible, but who can say in the ubcertain life of Man that such a path, such a point, must be gained?
    Sir, I am wretched through my Wife and Family, for I am the author of misery to those who do not, nor Cannot, deserve to be so.
