ARCHITECTS SUE ARCHITECTS
ACTION AGAINST THE ROYAL INSTITUTE
An action has been started against the Royal Institute of British Architects and the secretary. Mr. Ian MacAlister, for damages arising out of a letter.
The plaintiffs are the Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors, Sir Edwin Lutyens. the president. Sir Robert Tasker, and Major G. B. J. Athoe, the secretary.
Sir Robert Tasker is a past-president of the association. He is a member of the London County Council. of which he was chairman in the year 1930-31.
Sir Patrick Hastings has been retained for the plaintiffs by their solicitors, Messrs. T L Wilson and Company.
