    Dear Mr Kitson,
    I have nearly finished the painting of your President, Sir Raymond Unwin, which I have had the honour and pleasure of painting for your Society, and I think perhaps you would like to see it. I shall be very pleased if you can make it convenient to do so, and perhaps you can let me know what day will suit you best. Perhaps the early afternoon would be most suitable to you, but any time would suit me and any day this week, except tomorrow afternoon.
