During recent years I have collected pictures by the Norwich School of Painters. I have had printed a catalogue of such pictures which I hope will be of interest to Art Galleries at home and abroad, as well as to lovers of pictorial art. The publication has been limited to 100 copies.

I have pleasure in sending you a copy in view of your remarkable knowledge of the life and work of John Sell Cotman and your interest in the “Norwich School”.
