    (8) ‘Peter boats, July 10, 1828.’ (M.E.C.)
    (9) ‘Group of boats, J.S. Cotman King’s College. 4003.’ poor, family.
    (10-13) Four sepia drawings- with J.R’s note on each. J.S. Cotman’s evening study with Varley etc when in London. They are poor things, and probably not J.S.C.
    (14) Trowse Hythe - extended landscape. ?M.E.C. Aubrey Blake has the sepia by M.E.C. from Walker’s Bulwer Collection 1927.
    (15) A scene in a suburb at Norwich (? from top of Ber Street, looking down to King Street) very intriguing. Stone grey paper, pencil, pipe clay and red chalk. Figures in right corner. 11 ½ x 10. Signed ‘J.S Cotman’.
    ** (16) Two pencil sketches for my sepia ‘Caverns under Chateau Gaillard’- “July 24” (in ink) 10 ¼ x 11 ¼ and 10 x 11 ¼.
    (17) Cows in a pond. Ch/ and white on grey-blue paper. Late.
    (18) “Entrance to (?) Upper Lake.” "J.S. Cotman." Same paper.
    (19) A Dredger, on thin brown paper. Black chalk and slight pipe clay 10 x 12 ½. Signed (?by J.R) J.J. Cotman but very like J.S.C. A.B thinks J.J. See my Norfolk Keel (No 210) on same paper.
