[L.G.F has a photo prob[ably] f[ull] s[ize] 7½ x 11½. Variant of the Lincolnshire Draining Mill. Scarlet (?) figures sitting in foreground – 1828-31 period.
(9) Fishing Boats off Yarmouth. £50. Dr L. S. Fry[,] Theydon Bois.
[The one bought by Gibson from J. S. C now thought to be a M. E. C?]

[Another of the Greta series. L. G. F. has a photo, prob[ably] f[ull] s[ize] 11 x 9¾, unsigned, looks lovely.]
(11) Garden Scene & Figures. £50 Mrs Mallet.
[L. G. F. says a large drawing, with figures, 18th cent[ury], walking about in a great garden, vivid sky, tall exaggerated trees, 1831 period, c 18 x 24.
