    D.N.B states that P.S. Munn was born at Thornton
    Row Greenwich 8 Feb. 1773, son of James Munn, Carriage
    decorator & landscape painter, who exhd. at the Soc. of Artists
    1764-1774. P.S.M was a godson of Paul Sandby, who gave him his first lessons in watercolour painting.
    P.S.M exhibited at R.A. 1799. address Greenwich.
