    to be sold by auction by Messer's Hardwick at the White Horse Hotel, Leeds, on Thursday 15 April, 1858.

    Conditions of Sale
    VI. The title shall commence with the will of Sir Henry Englefield, Baronet, dated 27th November 1778: and the purchasers shall assume that he was seized of the estate at the time of the execution of his will... By a codicil to his will Sir Henry Englefield changed his real estates woth the difference between the value of £4000 Bank Stock at his decease, or within 12 months afterwards; and £5000 in case the Bank Stock was not worth £5000. The purchasers shall assume that the Bank Stock was worth that sum & that the change did not take effect.
