    182 Somersetshire. An extensive and valuable collection of Upwards of 1400 engravings and 700 original drawings, consisting of Portraits, Views, Churches, Seats, Monuments, and Antiquities of the County of Somerset, most of which have been inlaid to folio size, and forming a suitable collection for extra illustrating purposes. Also a quantity of printed matter, including Pamphlets, Newspaper cuttings, etc. The original drawings include a large number in colours by W. J. Müller, Rev. J. Bulwer, J. Cotman, S. Prout, S. Jackson, W. W. Wheatley, and others. The engravings include portraits of Sir J. Fielding, by McArdell, mezzotint; Anthony Henley, by J. Smith, mezzotint; Ozias Humphrey, on silk, by Catherine Watson; Charles II by C. Turner, mezzotint; Duke of Somerset, by J. Smith, mezzotint; the same, by Vertue; Duke of Monmouth, by Schenck; Sir Thomas Fairfax, by Faithorne; Queen Elizabeth, by C. Turner, mezzotint; Francis Webb, by C. Towney; Rev. J. Pelling, by T. Watson, mezzotint; Bishop Willis, by Faber, mezzotint; Lieut.-Col. Gore, IN COLOURS, by C. Turner, after Downman; Cardinal Wolsey, by Sheppard; William Hoare, by S. W. Reynolds; Miss Carew, by J. Lovelace, mezzotint; Lord Porchester, by W. Say, mezzotint; &c. &c.
    Also Willis's Ecclesiae Bristolianae, with 21 plates, with the original drawings of same; Coats of Arms and Pedigrees in colours; Copies of the 15 illuminations in the Manuscript called "the Mayor's Calendar," in the possession of the Corporation of Bristol; &c. &c.
