    Dear Mr Kitson
I do remember you very well & the pleasure of you coming to look over my books.
I am very glad to hear you are taking up the life of Cotman & shall be pleased to give you any

    [verso]
help I can. Perhaps before you complete your work you may like - later on to refresh your memory.
Your book sounds very attractive & the Oxford University Press produces well. The enclosed cutting interested me. I don't want it back.
I was pleased to hear of Mrs Waterhouse - she keeps marvellously young., in her lovely house & garden.
    Yours sincerely
    Elizabeth Barker
