him to come & photograph them, which I hope will be successful (photographer to the University Library). I had no idea that Cotman ever drew my great great uncle, & shall make a visit to the V. & A. Museum to see it. These two Cotman drawings were discovered in a portfolio of Joseph Wood's drawings which I inherited. Does one need an introduction to visit the Students' Room? My husband & I have read all through your article with great interest.
The Gurneys also are my ancestors on the other side. Should you come & see Mrs Webber, we hope you will come & see these two sketches.
